If it isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return conditions
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can't be returned unless faulty.
Exchange policy
You may exchange an unopened item for another of equal or higher value within 7 days, paying any difference.
Damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return. Cash on Delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer.
